DAVID Priolo threatened all weekend he was going to win the World Series Sprintcars Grand Final at the Perth Motorplex and after some bad luck on the first night, he held on to take the emotional win in front of a massive crowd on Saturday night.
It was part of a WA 1-2 with Shaun Bradford second and David Murcott third.
Priolo set quick time on the Friday night in the special paint scheme paying tribute to John Day’s 50 years in the sport and it was even more fitting considering Day was injured in a fireworks incident on the Friday night. Read More
