Dynamic Dillon Is The Man To Beat-

Sunday 10 November, 2013. | Ken Brown |

South Australian Luke Dillon claimed his first victory at the Quit Bunbury Speedway on Saturday evening and increased his lead in the AHG Sprintcar Series in the process.

Dillon was driving the #26 Diamond Bay Motorsport car that he finished last season in a blaze of glory - notching two wins, a second and a third at the Perth Motorplex.

His fine form has carried on this time around - his Bunbury victory following his third spot a week ago.

Dillon's stats in this car now read as follows - three wins, a second and two thirds - not once failing to stand on the podium!!

His rivals will be glad to see Dillon head off to contest World Series Sprintcars on Boxing Day - while Dillon needs to pull out all the stops to ensure the missing meetings don't take him out of the top ten pointscorers to qualify for the "Chase" later on in the season.

Following Dillon across the line at Bunbury were the current AHG Sprintcar Series Champion Cameron Gessner, seven times series titleholder Jamie Maiolo, Carl Dowling, Jason Kendrick and Shaun Bradford.

The next round of the series takes place on November 23 at the Perth Motorplex
